1) Eligibility: Who Can Shop

The Merch Store is for IBP, Master Halco, and The Deck Superstore associates only. Do not share the mhmerchstore.masterhalco.com link with anyone outside the organization (customers, vendors, etc.).

2) Accounts

Thanks to SSO technology (single sign on) - IBP, Master Halco, and The Deck Superstore associates automatically have an account upon hire. All you have to do is click "Log In." If you are logged in to your Microsoft 365 account, you will be automatically redirected into your Merch Store account. No extra password to remember!

3) Inventory & Minimum Order Requirements

  • 99% of the items in this store are NOT inventoried. They are made-to-order. You will notice minimum order quantity and production time notes in the product description of each item.
  • For embroidered apparel and hat items, order with less than 12 of these items may require up to 5 additional business days for production. To avoid this delay, please order at least 12 embroidered apparel or hat items in any combination or style (items do not need to be the same).
  • Safety tees, safety vests, Swag items, and Literature items each have their own specified minimum order quantity requirements (listed in the product descriptions).

4) Literature

  • When ordering literature, you will order in PIECES (not packs). You will still receive your flyers/brochures in convenient shrink-wrapped packs, but when ordering, you will select the # of pieces you want. (not packs)

5) Payment

  • Purchases can only be made using a credit card or a debit card at this time.
  • All purchases using your company issued Wells Fargo credit card must follow the approval limits and policies outlined in the Commercial Card and T&E policy.
  • Purchases using a personal credit or debit card cannot bill shipping to a company UPS account. Shipping charges must be paid for separately using a personal credit or debit card.
  • Purchases using your company issued Wells Fargo credit card must charge shipping to the appropriate faciltity's corresponding UPS account.

6) Shipping / Freight

  • Please choose your facility to charge shipping to your respective UPS account # during checkout.
  • Shipping options are Ground or 3-Day Select . Please plan ahead to avoid unnecessary rush charges, and use Ground by default. If you need faster shipping, please contact Master Halco Logistics Support at LogisticsSupport@MasterHalco.com for approval.
  • Freight charges are not calculated live, and will not appear on your order confirmation. Freight charges will be calculated and billed separately from your order and charged to the UPS account # you selected during checkout once your order ships.

7) Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

  • If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact Fusion 4 Branding within 24 hours. Flexibility may be limited depending on various factors.
  • Fusion 4 Branding will accept returns for defective products or products delivered that do not match what was ordered within 60 days of delivery.  
  • Unless defective or incorrect, items cannot be returned.

8) Special Orders & Approved Vendors

  • If you need Apparel or Merch outside of what is offered on the site, please contact us.
  • Ordering branded Apparel or Merch outside the Merch Store or outside the Approved Vendors (listed on Brand Standards on SharePoint) without Marketing approval is prohibited.

9) Wells Fargo Expense Reporting

  • G/L code:
    • In most cases, you may use 810200 - Sales Promotion.
    • If purchasing items for a local tradeshow, you may use 801200 - Trade Shows.

  • Facility code:
    • Use your branch or department code
